Coloring offers an outlet for relaxation, stress relief, and creative expression. The room will provide a welcoming environment with soothing music to help you relax and enjoy some YOU time.  Coloring Club meets every Monday from 10am – 12pm.

Celebrate classics in pop culture,
music, and history.


 Yoga for Adults

On Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5-6pm, Volunteer Tony Khayat will lead you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility.  Relieve stress and tension, trim, shape, and tone the body with a regenercize workout.  Must be age 18 and older. A donation of $2-$5 is asked.
