Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available as a community service. Library sponsored programs and events will receive priority. The Library reserves the right to relocate or cancel scheduled reservations. Food from the Library coffee shop is permitted in meeting rooms and other designated areas except near computers. Rooms are to be vacated 15 minutes prior to Library closing. Pre-arrange a training time on equipment use. Community rooms may be reserved once each month – small conference rooms and study rooms based on demand.

Knox Community Rooms

The Knox Community Room may be separated with the room divider into the larger Knox A and smaller Knox B rooms. Tables and chairs are designed for easy user setup. Room setup and take down is available for a fee. A podium, laptop, video projector, screen, and microphone may be requested. Groups who reserve the Knox Community Rooms may use Library’s coffee pots (filters provided). Use of the catering kitchen must be reserved and is subject to availability. The Library’s coffee shop vendor, Bookworms Cafe has the right of first refusal on any catering of meals and/or refreshments. MENU.

Small Conference and Study Rooms

Small conference and study rooms are available with or without reservations.  Prior to occupying a room without a reservation, please check the reservation list posted at the door. Tables and chairs remain set up in the small conference and study rooms.

Studio 300

Studio 300 is available by reservation. This multi-functional room serves as a computer lab equipped with up to 12 laptop computers, a video projector, and wall screen.  The room also functions as a makerspace featuring a 3D printer, green screen technology, and Arduino electronics.
