Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

To Request a Room Reservation

– Fill out the ONLINE FORM
– Enter setup, take down, meeting start, and end times
– Request a room at least one day in advance
– You’ll get an email when your request is accepted
– Requests are processed Mon.-Fri.
– Requests for small conference or study rooms are optional; if a room is vacant, and no reservation is listed on the room sign, it is available for use

 Food

– Enjoy food from the Library’s Cafe in Knox Community Rooms, small conference, & study rooms. No food or drink in Studio 300 Makerspace.
– Bookworms Cafe in the Library has the first right of refusal for ALL catering brought into the Library. View menu at www.bookwormscafe.com.
– Call Bookworms Cafe at 870-232-0328 for a catering interview or to schedule a private party.

– No charge for rooms during Library hours if participants aren’t charged to attend the meeting

Reservation of Library meeting rooms is available as a community service to those who agree to its Facility Use Policy.
Library programs and events receive priority.  The Library does not host private parties.
The Library reserves the right to relocate meetings to different rooms or cancel scheduled reservations.
